“The training ITIL® Intermediate Service Design is a practical training for professionals who have a role as service manager, IT manager or service coordinator or aspire and/or are preparing for the ITIL Expert certification.

During the training you learn to define and manage the processes and activities within the Service Design phase of the ITIL® Lifecycle. The objective of Service Design is the design of a new IT service or design or a modification to an existing IT service. The translation of strategy to design is an important factor. The relationship between the various ITIL® processes are extensively covered in the training.

The training consists of a combination of different forms of learning. The number of contact days are limited, without compromising on quality.”
