“The training ITIL® Intermediate Service Operation is a hands-on training for professionals who have a role as service manager, IT manager or service coordinator or aspire and/or are preparing for the ITIL® Expert certification.

During the training you learn to define and manage the processes and activities within the Service Operation phase of the ITIL Lifecycle. The object of Service Operation is to enable the provision of effective and efficient support of an IT service. Stability must be retained even while making changes. In the training, the relationship between the various ITIL® processes are extensively covered.

The training consists of a combination of different forms of learning. The number of contact days is limited, without compromising on quality. Prior to the first class day we expect you to go through the e-learning (part of this training). This costs an average of 24 hours. Take this into account in your planning.

During this training you learn to define and manage the activities of the Service Operation phase. The processes, principles, concepts and activities are extensively covered and you go deeper into the efficient and effective delivery and support of IT services.

The training focuses on the design of processes and the relationship between them. The processes in the Service Operation phase discussed in detail are: Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management and Access Management. After attending the course, you are ready for the official ITIL® Service Operation exam and if you succeed it will bring you one step closer to the ITIL® Expert certification.”
