“The training ITIL® Intermediate Service Strategy is a practical training for professionals who have a role as service manager, IT manager or service coordinator or aspire and/or are preparing for the ITIL® Expert certification.

During the training you learn to define and manage the processes and activities within the Service Strategy phase of the ITIL® Lifecycle. The goal of Service Strategy is to think about and decide why something should be done with the benefits for the customer in mind. The relationship between the various ITIL® processes are extensively covered.

The training consists of a combination of different forms of learning. The number of contact days is limited, without compromising on quality. Prior to the first class day we expect you to go through the e-learning (part of this training). This costs an average of 24 hours. Please take this into account in your planning.”

Ton is a great teacher who can explain the subjecct in an understandable way, also through speaking (and often funny) examples.
