The venue, course materials and trainers were five star. The catering and course organisation were not.

Reply from training provider :

Thank you for your review and the five star evaluation. As this was an in-house course the catering and course organization was arranged independently.

Course pace was very high. Use of English expressions not very helpful for non-native English speakers

Reply from training provider :

Thank you for your review. We are looking at our materials to make improvements for non-native English speakers.

Managing benefits course does not seem to be as mature as other areas yet, such as PRINCE2 or MSP.

Reply from training provider :

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Managing Benefits is a newer product but is becoming more popular and will improve with time.

The instructor moved too quickly through some slide without allowing a pause for the information to sink in. I highly recommend that the book is read befoe the start of the course. You can tell that the book content is much less mature than PRINCE2 or MSP

Reply from training provider :

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always strongly advise pre-course reading so delegates are fully prepared for the course.

I cannot recommend CUPE International highly enough as a training provider. Not only were they the most competitively-priced of the providers I looked at, they also provided excellent course materials, an outstanding training venue and facilities and brilliant tuition. CUPE is a family-run business and they seemed to really care about the service they provided and that we, the students, enjoyed the experience, which is not what I have experienced with other providers in the past. CUPE is also unique in that the trainers are active Management Consultants, working on client projects in-between delivering training - this meant that we were given up-to-date, real life examples which added flavour to the course content and made it mean something in real-terms. Sheila, my trainer for the week, was warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at delivering the course. Despite normally dreading these things, I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience the week very much!

Hi Hannah. Thank you very much for your review. As you pointed out, we believe that it is extremely important for all our trainers to also be consultants working on real projects so that our students get real-life examples and advice. Best wishes for implementing the knowledge you gained during the Managing Benefits course.
