PRINCE2 Agile is an extension module for PRINCE2® Practitioners and so to be eligible all candidates must already have passed the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination. The course covers a wide range of existing Agile concepts including SCRUM, Kanban and Lean Start-up. This three-day course will allow you to consider how PRINCE2 Agile can be best applied within your work environment and will prepare you to sit the PRINCE2 Agile exam which will be taken on the afternoon of the third day. This 2.5 hour objective testing format will lead to the award of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Certificate. The course fee includes the exam and a copy of the Official PRINCE2 Agile manual.

Trainer indicated the exam would be very hard, and it was, but I believe both the curriculum and the delivery of the training could be improved to support exam success - Course concepts, whilst understandably not black and white, were not clearly articulated when students in the class raised questions. - Without studying the course materials I think I would have been very out of my depth in the exam, and no doubt we are all there to learn new skills, however it is very important in many organisations to be successful in completing these courses as well. - In all sessions, the group finished the 'timebox' early, in many instances more than 15 minutes early, the modules must be revised and professionalised, as well as thought applied to their ordering.

I was not aware that I could get my course material (book) prior to the course. This would have been a big help for me as I was very time poor the week of the course. Might be good to ensure people are aware that is an option at the time the booking is confirmed.

My feedback is aimed at AXELOS and not Tanner James. The exam was more about being able to determine whether a shade of 80% grey was better than 90% grey and less about the application of knowledge. The exam was challenging but the selection of obscure or grey multiple choice options was more about finding exact references to the manual rather than the correct application of Prince2 Agile topics. Happy to discuss if you wish

I did the Prince2 training with Tren last year and I thought it was really useful and I felt completely prepared for the exam. This course was not as clear and I felt very confused the entire time. There was not as much time spent unpacking the example exercises and explaining the differences between the answers.

Course ended at 3pm when we put aside a whole day, would have preferred to finish at 5pm and to learn more.

It would have been good to include some sample exam questions after each section.

It may be useful to list Aglie qualification/training as a prerequisite, or perhaps recommending that previous agile experience/training/qualification is highly recommended.

I rated trainer presentation at satisfactory, mostly due to the course time being poorly managed. Many of the topics had to be glossed over, due to some course material running drastically overtime.

Ray was great but probably a little too many 'own experiences' shared.

Just wanted to thank Tanner James and Ray for the course. It was presented in a very nice, easy but with full of real life examples and a lot of explanations in it. It was really helpful for all of us visualizing how we can fit these methodologies together.

I felt most of the value I derived from the course was not from the presentation of the course materials but from the guide. Although I know the structure of the course is set by Axelos, I would have preferred the materials more closely follow the guide, with case study type exercises that allow participants to test their understanding of the principles at the end of each major section (rather than explanatory exercises which focus specifically on the most recent content).

The course content was covered very quickly. There was limited to no time for discussion between course members. I noted in the course materials that there were points throughout where there should have been opportunities to relate the information back to work settings but none of those questions, scenarios and group sessions were undertaken. It was just the trainer talking for 2.5 days. I would have benefited from opporunities to apply some of the knowledge. I felt there was too much of a focus on getting to and through the exam. Gerry was very knowledgeable and an excellent presenter but it seemed that the course was being presented much faster than it may have been designed to be presented. I am glad I am doing the practioners course as I would be unable to apply my knowledge in the workplace following the Foundation course despite passing the exam.

Some of the questions about your facilities do not appear to apply. Coffee mugs were in the kitchen and there was no stationary pack unless you mean the provision of a pencil and highlighter.
