Training approach is great, as to the material - Need to improve the alignment between the content in the exam and what's in the workbook

The expert and knowledgeable facilitators, Brian has such an outstanding background and knowledge base that really adds to this course. I think had I done this with anyone but Yellowhouse I wouldn't have gained the value from the course that I did. We would love to get Brian in front of our leadership to gain further maturity and in exception management in the future.

I've commented that the course was too fast and too short and this reflects the conversations we had around the issues with the syllabus and the granular level of detail in some of the questions. While the course teaching overall was great, I still felt that at the end of the 4.5 days, I wasn't well equipped enough to have the knowledge required to be confidently successful in the exam. This is not a reflection on the teaching rather the course overall.

There is a lot of information to cover which can be a bit overwhelming. A few case studies of how we might apply to practices to our own projects may help in embedding the teachings into everyday work.

The facilitator and his application of course material to the real world i liked. Appreciated Brian allowing the group to go into deep discussions of real issues experienced in our different workplaces and being able to elaborate as a group. Found this very helpful and it really aided in connecting with the other attendees.
