Great course with satisfying results

I have attended this course as a training from my employer. The course goes structured through the basics of project management. For me, as a developer, it was a great experience. Not just to see how I could practise PM by myself, also to have an understanding of what PMs actually do. Like the course description mentioned. I feel like a much more valuable team member right now as I understand some decisions from the PMs. Also I have a better sense for decisions done by myself. Worth every penny! Thanks to the trainer, it was a great time with our group!

Great course

Excellent course which combined theory with good excercises. A lot of useful examples and anecdotes where given, which supported understanding the contents. The lecturer was very competent and taught in an entertaining way. All in all not only tools and methods were taught, but also a philosophy was transmitted.

Excellent job detailing the need to know

The training material is done in a concise way that highlights the important information. Plus the trainer was able to "cut through the jargon" and explain meanings in an understandable way.

Thouroughly recommend as intor into the world of Project Management (PM)

I attended the Prince2 training some years ago, although very interesting (and good for the C.V.) I have never used this information in anger. I would still recommend Prince2 and PMP, but if you are just looking for an intro to PM, then this is the course for you.

Thank you for your 5 star review Kevan! You have perfectly reviewed the p3m global PME course, we designed it as an entry into Project Management ahead of taking accredited courses such as PRINCE2, PMP or APMP.

Delivered in my language

As my first studying for quite a while, P3MG did a great job of understanding my needs prior, explained what to expect, how to relate the course content and apply myself during the course. Couple this with the quality of materials and the excellent trainer, the course was both engaging and rewarding. Having all my team pass, we have gone on to use the skills we picked up.

Excellent course to help us create the framework to ensure consistent delivery of the portfolio and meet business objectives.

We were in the process of re-structuring our operating model and our delivery organisation. This course was wholly relevant and assisted us in both understanding and implementing the required changes to develop and maintain appropriate support structures to facilitate decision making and prioritise core programmes to meet our corporate objectives. There are different PMO structures that can be adopted depending on the organisational design and maturity and this course really helped us to design our teams to provide assurance, coaching and mentoring to build a workforce capable of first-class programme and project delivery. There was also some healthy competition amongst the candidates to get the highest exam score! Great office location and training environment.

PMP Preparation - appropriate, valuable, and motivating

Great training , and preparation experience with Ray Mead and P3M Global. The sessions introduced some new frameworks and approaches, and a great way to review, and reflect on the practice of project management. The sessions made for a smooth and enjoyable preparation for a successful PMI PMP exam.

Prince2 deconstructed...

Deconstruction is a critical outlook concerned with the relationship between text and meaning, this is in the world of linguistics. In the world of Project Management, it is also very important to have someone introducing the concepts and supporting you in the full understanding of the outputs and outcomes of your future decisions as a Project Manager. The Prince2 course has met all our expectations, giving us not only this relationship between the text and the meaning in terms of the Prince2 methodology, but also gave us a solid preparation for the exam which we have passed with flying colours.

Difficult content was made simple and easier to understand

The textbook and exercise books provided were really helpful, the guidance through the sections really helped when it came to the exam. The course was flexible enough that any areas I found difficult, I could question and get to go into more detail in order to fully understand.

Great PMP Prep course

Ray is able to bring the material to life, in a fun and engaging way. Combining real life examples and analogies to bring the theory to life.

Excellent preparation for the PMP exam and valuable discussions

I was very satisfied with this course. The content not only covered the essentials of the PMP know-how but also many important details and tricks of the trade. The printed course material provided a highly useful summary and later - together with my notes from the course - served as my main resource when I prepared for the exam. Most importantly, the trainer was excellent: his explanations were very clear, detailed and still interesting. He frequently added real-life examples and stories. All-in-all, the value of the course exceeded my (already high) expectations.

Solid Basics of PM from all angles

The content of the training was very easy to follow and light weighted. Even my colleagues who didn\'t have much in common with Project Management before felt that this is something they could do as it was so well packed and explained. I do recommend it if you want to get a grasp of what Project Management is and where to start your PM career.

Great PMP prepartion course

I have been intending to get certified as a PMP for a long time. But the PMBoK was really a kind of \"desert survival\" experience. I was offered the chance to participate in the p3m Global PMP preparation course by my company and what can I say, after that 1 week I felt ready to take the exam. Okay, actually I did the PMP exam 2 months after the course but: here I am, certified PMP. Having a trainer with real life experience on project management and the opportunity to ask questions, get proper answers, and anecdotes kept the course refreshing - even though it was a lot of information to digest. So why only 4/5 stars? Well, the handout material was kind of faulty. But as I preferred Rita Mulcahy that was a mionr issue to me.

Excellent Tips

I was pretty apprehensive about the amount of preparation to be done and material to be studied for the PMP exam, but the training was very to the point and made quite interesting by the trainer. Lots of tips on how to study for the exam, how to align your thinking with the PMP way, etc. helped me to clear the exam on my first attempt. Definitely recommended.
