Glenn was great in explaining the application process. He was very articulate and patient. He helped gain me built a lot of confidence while preparing for this course. Initially, I was worried that the course would be tough, but when the trainer is so confident that his students will clear the exam then that is a whole new level of boosting. Glenn took the time to answer every single question, he is skilled and explained how to think of the BA framework from the right perspective. The sessions were very interactive and focused on content and explained each knowledge area in detail. Overall a great class. I really enjoyed the methodology of teaching. The study materials are appropriately designed and easy to follow.

Glenn Brule, interweaved his extensive Senior Business Analyst experience into the intensive 4 day learning of the 500 page BABOK guide. The group interaction, learning repetition, ongoing review questions and active learning approach made the course challenging, fun and highly effective. Hosted by PM-Partners, the facilities were very good and catering timely and highly appreciated. The training material provides beneficial material to enhance the learning of BABOK as well as references into the guide. On the fifth day we proceeded with the 3.5 hour CBAP Practice Exam to simulate as closely as possible the real exam and conditions. This course has accelerated my learning of the BABOK guide, prepared me for the CBAP Exam and highlighted areas I need to study more closely. Thanks Glenn for your mentoring effort and your interactive delivery approach to a difficult learning requirement.



Course Name : Managing Benefits Practitioner

Great Location (middle of Sydney CBD), and first class training environment. Instructor (Mike Boutell) was very helpful, and course material was quite comprehensive.
