Course Name : MoP - Management of Portfolios Practitioner

MOP was the missing piece of the puzzle after completing PRINCE2 and MSP. Great course, with real life examples.

Course Name : Change Management

It took a couple of days for me to get my head around what was going to be taught and how it was to be taught. But then I signed up late - so that flexibility was great - but probably made it more challenging. Great learning environment, experienced leaders

We are pleased you enjoyed the experience. thanks for sharing yours!

The expert and knowledgeable facilitators, Brian has such an outstanding background and knowledge base that really adds to this course. I think had I done this with anyone but Yellowhouse I wouldn't have gained the value from the course that I did. We would love to get Brian in front of our leadership to gain further maturity and in exception management in the future.

Course Name : Managing Benefits Practitioner

I've commented that the course was too fast and too short and this reflects the conversations we had around the issues with the syllabus and the granular level of detail in some of the questions. While the course teaching overall was great, I still felt that at the end of the 4.5 days, I wasn't well equipped enough to have the knowledge required to be confidently successful in the exam. This is not a reflection on the teaching rather the course overall.

There is a lot of information to cover which can be a bit overwhelming. A few case studies of how we might apply to practices to our own projects may help in embedding the teachings into everyday work.

The facilitator and his application of course material to the real world i liked. Appreciated Brian allowing the group to go into deep discussions of real issues experienced in our different workplaces and being able to elaborate as a group. Found this very helpful and it really aided in connecting with the other attendees.

Sue was very knowledgeable and prepared us well. It was intense, however I think that's what project management is and to maintain commitment to the accreditation, it had to be done quickly. I liked the tools for planning the most.

The presenter, Sue, and her wealth of knowledge and applicable stories/scenarios. It's been a long time since I've been in such an intense learning environment, I feel that doing the Foundation and Practitioner courses in just 5 days was a bit rushed for my learning style - perhaps had it been extended over another day or two I would have had more time to absorb the information a little better. At least I didn't have any urge to fall asleep in class! :D Regardless of feeling somewhat overwhelmed with the amount of information, I felt the course was great and that Sue was a fantastic, interactive trainer. Thank you.

Very well run, with a nice blend of learning - I can't think of any improvements. Relaxed, enjoyable but learned plenty. I like that I didn't realise how much I was learning until I sat the exams - it seemed like my days (at least the first three) were just spent discussing ideas but, in the background, a lot of learning was happening.

Lizz managed to breakdown the huge quantity of information and inter-relationships in the Prince2 methodology into digestible chunks. Her vast reservoir of real life examples also helped to usefully contextualise a lot of the Prince2 requirements for me.

Course Name : MSP Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner

The course was very compressed, so despite pre-reading and evening review, I didn't feel confident with the terminology even by end day three. Also though the overall model makes a lot of sense and aligns with how I've always experienced change programs/projects should occur, the models 'organisational structure' was new with very specific terms and constructs applied. Hence this made the testing more about remembering the specifics of roles and functions and terminology, which was then complicated with language of test not aligned with language in resources. Thank you.

Course Name : PRINCE2 Practitioner

Trainer and content delivery. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing an overview of how to manage projects in a controlled environment.

Course Name : MoP - Management of Portfolios Practitioner

The course content was great but the trainer... Brian Phillips, he was able to support it by providing examples of experience and encouraged others to share their experiences so all could interact and learn in this way rather than just go through the course materials. Because he gets to know the people attending the course he is able to provide examples that and help that you can take back and implement in the workplace. He is very passionate about this industry and understands it well but also can have some fun which makes a week long course much more enjoyable! Brian has also gone a step further by setting up a forum where those that have completed the course can meet together a few times a year and share experiences, discuss new trends and work through issues that they may be facing and does all this for free! I would highly recommend this course, Brian Phillips and Yellowhouse not only for this course but all your training needs in this industry.

Course Name : Managing Benefits Foundation

Let me start with the course. There is a lot of good information but it is very intense and full on so be prepared to spend time outside of the classroom learning it to pass the exam and to apply back in the workplace. The content the trainers have to work with is great but very theoretical, lots of terminologies that you won't use in the workplace but you have to learn for the exam. The group I was in felt that the amount of content you have to learn, and to better understand it's practical application back in the work place, it would need the course to be longer. My scoring here is based mainly on the trainer because of the above constraints he had to work in. He was able to bring to the table practical experience and examples to break down and teach the intense content. He was also able to bring some humour to the table which broke up the intensity. Brian also has the ability to bring out the groups experiences and links this to the course to assist in learning.
