How 5-star training providers talk to customers

User Generated Content (UGC) is content that is created by people like you and me. We are real people that have experienced a real product or service and then we share our personal opinion about that experience in some way. This is more valuable than corporate marketing materials because potential customers know it has been written by an unbiased customer.

How do Training Providers Respond to Customer Reviews?

However, I’m also really interested in how companies respond to UGC, because this can help understand the quality of service you can expect to receive from them.

On, when you write a review about your project management training course, the training provider gets a notification email right away. This is when they can login and write a reply to you publicly, when they do you will also be notified immediately.
