I will learn about the practice of ITIL service lifecycle and operation support and analysis (OSA) process in service delivery over 5 days. It aims to be able to practice these processes throughout the service lifecycle by focusing on practical level activities, methods and approaches in the OSA process. We will also adopt participant-based scenario-based training to help students learn the principles of ITIL best practices and pass certification exams. [Course subject to PDU: 40 PDU]
