I thought the MoP course was great. I was in a small group for Foundation, and on my own for Practitioner, which allowed me to have a lot of time for specific questions with the trainer. The material provided was of a high standard, and it was fantastic being able to discuss real scenarios with Brian. I would definitely use Yellowhouse again for my next course,

I use average as a bench mark, the course was excellent and was a personal and professional development activity. It would be worth discussing the need for self-belief at the beginning of the course. I found it'd was a journey of self belief as much as the ability to understand UK English, the pressure created during the course could be better managed individually if the informal course lessons could be feed back. The other element that helped me was the end of day debriefs with the course members where we'd actually discuss snippets of information gleamed during the day or over our study at night.

Lizz was so knowledgeable and also very adaptive to our different learning styles. It was refreshing to ask a question and not just have the text book read back at us. A comment that was made by Lizz on day 2 was a turning point for me and was really nothing to do with the examinable material. She was discussing her experience and how others were doubting their ability and she looked around and said 'hell, if they can do it sure as hell I can!' This is the way that I approach most other things in my life but for a day and a half I'd forgotten. She wasn't being paid to be a motivational speaker but sometimes it's those little comments which have the most impact. Thanks!

I found it very rushed but I do understand that that is dictated by the market and what people are willing to pay for the course, so I don't think it's any reflection on Yellowhouse. Course Content - I think it may have been slightly more helpful to use one consistent scenario/example throughout the whole course and use this as a reference point for all discussions/activities. I feel this would have helped my understanding a little more. Otherwise it was a great course and highly beneficial. Thanks

I'm extremely happy with the knowledge taken from the course, Lizz's approach and presentation of the information. I gain a large portion from the poster quizzes and group slide questionnaires as a means of cementing some of the learnings. more of these would have helped me more. A fair amount of time was taken with conversation that ultimately led wayward. Having the group agree on course 'rules' that steer us away from this may be a way to avoid too much conversation that steers away from the primary content

I want to thank Brian for running the course even though he had not got a full class. Booking was easy, and logistic queries before the course answered in timely manner. Course material issued before and during was good quality. During the course we had some useful discussions and insights. It would be useful if you have knowledge of MSP. The environment and pace put me at ease, especially in readiness for the test at the end....I hate them! The location in Brisbane is easy to get to; lots of other hotels nearby. I look forward to the next course, maybe do a practitioner exam at the end! I\'m freelance, so take holiday and training at the same time...time is money! And just \'coz I\'m old, been doing PPM for many years, still need to keep current, prove I know my stuff (to myself) and I like to meet new like minded people around the world. I think Yellowhouse have a good track record in results for PPM best practice training, so definitely one to consider.

The presenter was knowledgeable and the manual was very clear. I struggled with the Pictionary concept as I'm not a creative person when under pressure. I did observe what creativity was under those circumstances. It was good presenting the first day, the next day the presentations may have more evaluation shared from facilitator to attendee after the workshop. I felt the course was too short, but I didn't realise how much I had taken in and it turned out to be just right. Nonetheless, most people were naturally stressed. Thanks Lizz for helping me reach my goal.

The course creates dedicated time, space, timeframe to focus on achieving the qualification. However, can you review the examination process with Axelos? Tighten up the inconsistencies in the manual. Lizz did a wonderful job and her best advice was straight up, saying best to let what you know go ... and learn the material. Liz's calm and precise style of presenting countered the large amount of quite overwhelming content. As I mentioned to Lizz I understand the course was 4 days; I'm not one to take in too much new material on the day of an exam so this was challenging. I guess I passed and whilst that may have been the goal initially, I enjoyed doing the workshops and probably didn't get as much as I could have in the 3rd day workshops for sustained learning. I loved the experience thank you Lizz and Brian.

Brain was excellent. A very intelligent, charismatic presenter who certainly had our best interests at heart. He always responded to our questions thoroughly to ensure we knew and understood as much as possible. The only minor issue I had was that I felt most of the material we were trying to learn was presented quite quickly, and there was slightly more time given to general chit chat/slightly off the topic conversations. While some of this chat was important and interesting, I feel a little more time to cement the MSP learnings would be beneficial for the course. I am still more than happy to recommend this course and also attend future trainings with Yellowhouse.

I would like to express that any low marks are in relation to the course content and not the provider of training. I am implementing a Benefits Management Framework and aligning Benefits Management practices with our delivery framework. I felt the content was more relevant for Business Analysts working in this space e.g. they would be involved in the value appraisals in terms of having to be 'more than just familiar' with cognitive biases and the financial modelling side of things. My role will require me to advise the business where to go to get this expert advice and to ensure the right people are involved in the process, but I will be facilitator of these discussions e.g. through insight workshops and will be focusing more on reporting and reviews to ensure benefits are tracked/monitored appropriately once the framework and methodology is embedded.

Huge amount of material to cover in a short space of time. In order to obtain the accreditation there was the added pressure of the test. I did start to read the book prior to the training but found it only started making sense once the training was underway. In an ideal world it would be helpful if split into two sessions with weeks between the sessions. A introduction session, time for participants to read and answer practise questions (over a few weeks) then a second set of sessions to attend a course and consolidate the information - then the test.
